    [原创]午餐时间,上小菜----干煸三条(刚出炉哟,还热的)

    少了点红辣椒,不然就色彩完美了。太热了,真是有点儿怕火过了。呵~各位午餐时光快乐!

    主料:四季豆半斤,土豆中一个,双汇玉米肠二支

    配料:红辣椒四小个,花椒十颗,八角两颗,盐,糖,味精,陈醋少许。

    方法:
    1、将四季豆摘好洗净,土豆刮皮洗净切条,玉主肠切条备用。

    2、锅内放油加热,八成熟,下四季豆,过油。土豆条过油炸至熟,捞出淋油。

    3、锅内放底油,烧热,放红辣椒,花椒,八角,糖炒香,放玉米肠条炒,再放四季豆,土豆条炒。放盐,陈醋沿锅沿儿淋几滴这时满屋都是陈醋香,再撒少许糖和味精出锅。
